Abstract :
The state of the art parametric comb sources are capable of supporting more than a hundred lines, spanning C and L telecom bands at an arbitrary spacing, and are characterized with OSNRs surpassing 40 dB over the entire emission spectrum. We demonstrate compliance with and applicability of the new generation comb sources to telecom and data-com applications.
