Abstract :
Taking drilling bit dynamic angle changes as the research object in ultrasonic vibration deep micro-hole, using the kinetic theory to calculate and analyze the most value changes rule of dynamic relief angle and dynamic rake angle, through redefine to vibration frequency and spindle speed ratio and the vibration drilling parameters influence to dynamic relief angle most value is analyzed emphatically. Through the numerical analysis, it conclude the optimal control scope of dynamic angle most value changes and provide reference frame for deep micro-hole vibration drilling processing performance to further improve and optimize.
