Abstract
To deal with some uncertainties and disturbances while a scheduling plan of Satellite Control Network (SCN) is running, the dynamic scheduling problem for SCN is studied in this paper. Firstly, for several usual dynamic events, based on the representation of constraint satisfaction problem (CSP), formulations of these events are presented. Then, considering principles of SCN dynamic scheduling, based on dynamic constraint satisfaction problem (DCSP) theory, a dynamic scheduling model is established. Finally, a problem-solving framework is proposed for this dynamic scheduling problem, which establishes foundation for studying algorithms next step.
