Abstract :
This paper realized an algorithm which had expedient modeling and high computer speed for large structures based on FDTD-PIC method. With this algorithm the microwave tubes with integrative structure or antenna could be simulated without worry of memory limited. It´s important when the result of experiment was disagree with separate design. Finally with a simulation of a MILO and integrative antenna, the correctness of algorithm had been validated.
