Abstract :
Online submission system effectively solves the defects of the traditional mode of contributions. In order to adapt to the information network era´s development trend of periodical journal and magazine, the realization of intelligent online submission system is very necessary. This system use SQL Server2008 to manage data, ASP.NET to design the system. Contributors can improve the efficiency and save the cost by visiting the submission system. Editorial office can manage the paper easier and better by using the system.
