Abstract :
A broadband, high gain, and dual-polarized single-fed antipodal Fermi tapered slot antenna (AFTSA) with a sine shaped corrugation is presented. The proposed design is employed to realize 1×4 antenna array covering the frequency band from 55 GHz to 65 GHz. The array design achieves a 22.3 dB gain at 60 GHz with a total radiation efficiency of about 90%. The polarization diversity of this antenna makes it suitable for millimeter wave wireless communications, and imaging applications.
