Abstract :
With the growing of elderly population in china, the problem of old people supporting has been concerned about the real estate sector, which have invested, the Estate for the aged came into being. In this article, it take the Operating mode as the entry point and combined with China´s national conditions to proposing that china should use the mixed operate mode. Hereinafter we referred to operating mode.
