Abstract :
A method of estimating three dimensional wind field based on the multi-scale parallel algorithm in flight of the UAVs is presented in this paper. The primary employment is to establish the sideslip angle estimation model and further to obtain the wind field model; a second employment is to research the multi-scale parallel algorithm for estimating the wind field in frequency. Results of simulation show that the wind estimation model can accurately recover the real wind and the proposed multi-scale parallel algorithm can reflect multiple frequencies of the wind simultaneously.
