Abstract :
Modeling human is a hard problem as human is too complicated, often relates to psychobiology, cognitive, social, culture and realistic background, but it´s very necessary to do that especially in the field of military virtual training, games, human resource management, etc. Although different researchers apply different techniques to model human, but the key point is still the division of human characteristics and its interactive relationships. In this paper, a more comprehensive human model is proposed to predict people´s performance, which includes human´s ability, personality, motivation, emotion and pressures, and validated with fuzzy rules. Also we add some extra events to the simulation to make it more reality. Through the analysis of simulation results, we found the model can reflect people´s performance in real life.
