  • Abstract
    We demonstrate adaptable photonic ultrawideband (UWB) pulse generation by injecting a phase-modulated optical wave into a semiconductor laser. Single-carrier UWB pulses are obtained with a maximum spectral power efficiency (SPE) of 28.18%.
