Abstract :
Drivers Information Systems (DIS) are rapidly improving transportation systems in Africa and all over the world such as Sri-Lanka. It is currently being implemented in Nigeria, these DIS and its other variants are improving the quality of transportation in countries. These variants include online vehicle registration, electronic payment of fines and electronic toll collection services. Nigeria as a developing country is still implementing this new technology technology, this study focuses on the user´s acceptance by the people who use the system directly. And the factors that are not allowing the users or people of Nigeria to accept to use the system or are making the people to ignore the systems. And also a theoretical model that will assist to solve the problems which is why users are not using the system and this research will use the Nigerian Drivers License system as the case study.
