Abstract :
A complementary micro-grid power system including wind power, photovoltaic system, diesel generator and battery storage based on altering-current bus is designed in this paper. Various operation modes and working states of the system are concluded according to its energy flowing and operation characteristics. A coordinated operating control scheme is also proposed in the paper. The scheme guides the whole system running in various modes and working states in accordance to the corresponding control strategies on the basis of weather conditions, loads and the state of charge of batteries and realizes its reliable and optimal operation. At last, the control scheme above is applied to a real complementary micro-grid power system. Experimental results show that the whole system can operate steadily and efficiently under different conditions, verifying the correctness and feasibility of this coordinated control scheme.
