Abstract
The spiral inflector is used in an external injection system of isochronous cyclotrons for beam rotation from axial channel to cyclotron median plane. Common problem of spiral type inflector is vertical defocusing of the injected beam. At the present work the ways of compensation of the beam defocusing, used in FLNR cyclotrons, are presented.
