Abstract :
If a gas discharge device is connected to the circuit with inductive energy storage, the current interruption results in electrons acceleration towards the anode by the increasing field. That allows to use such a device for the purpose of electron beam generation. Studies were carried out up to the 90 kV voltage. The results of electron beam mathematical modeling under the conditions of the electric field increasing are presented.
