            Abstract :
Under the nano- or pico-second electric pulse irradiation, high-frequency magnetic isolation provides micrometer thickness of high-density skin-current layer at electroconductive surface of the bulk metal or semiconductor target. Hot electrons and acoustic phonons are generated and produce electron emission and anions (negative mode of extraction) or cations (positive mode) desorption.
