  • Abstract
This paper presents RF integrated circuit design to eliminate common mode noise is considered balanced mixer, and the balanced mixer is divided into single-balanced mixer and the double-balanced mixer. Single-balanced mixer´s LO and RF terminal isolation between the good side, while the RF side and the IF side of the isolation depends on the external filter, and LO side of the even order harmonics are suppressed; and double-balanced mixer has never excellent isolation, and RF and LO signals suppress even order harmonics, this study used double-balanced mixer in Gibert Cell architecture [1] mentioned in the linearity Gilbert cell to enhance skills and improve disadvantage. The CMOS LNA circuit uses the DC supply voltage of 1.2V and gate voltage is 0.6V, this circuit is the best option.
