Abstract :
Recycling the waste water became necessity especially when it is contaminated with some oily components. The paper deals with the method for purification the waste water that is contaminated in production during the painting the paper boxes with the dispersion colorants. Flotation was chosen as a suitable method for the waste water recycling because the whole process shows satisfactory both the water treatment, 98% purity of the final water product, and financial cost. During the process of flotation air bubbles are created. Air bubbles rise to the surface of the water. Molecules of air are associated with molecules of impurities and thus they form foam which is subsequently skimmed from the surface of the water. Electrolytic way of the bubbles formation can prevent clogging of the holes for the air that is blown through the tube. The clogging could be caused with the agglomeration of the individual oily components of the colorants. The whole process was analyzed, experimentally tested and modeled from the view point of informatics using also the flow chart for optimization before the final implementation.
