Abstract
Pre-processed rubber (bokar) of smallholder plantation in Indonesia suffer low in productivity and quality, resulting a larger environment burden to process it into high quality rubber products. Green Productivity improvement model was designed and simulated in smallholder rubber plantation in ensuring products quality to customer while at the same time decrease environmental impact. The model was developed by applying synthesized tools, i.e. Interpretive Structural Modeling, Green Value Stream Mapping, Quality Function Deployment, Analytical Hierarchy Process, and the Green Productivity Index. The model was able to minimize environmental impact while keeping the economic aspect growth. An improvement initiative based on plantation management combined with the green productivity approach was the best improvement scenario.
