  • Abstract
    With the development of RFID technology, RFID based applications are wildly used in various fields, especially in supply chain automation. EPC (Electronic Product Code) Information Service, which takes a basic and key role in EPC network system, has become a hot research spot. How to establish highly efficient and extensible distributed EPCIS repositories is an important problem to be resolved. This paper proposed a data model of EPCIS which enables different enterprises to customize their own EPCIS data. We also designed and implemented a configuration mechanism to extract duplicated information and reduce data volume.
