Abstract :
A new approach is proposed for tracking control law design for general nonlinear systems in which the control does not necessarily appear linearly. The tracking errors are predicted by appropriate functional expansions. An implicit feedback control law based on pointwise minimization of the tracking errors is derived. The numerical values of the control can be obtained through a fixed-point iteration which is guaranteed to converge
