Construction strategies and evaluation models of livable city based on the happiness index

This paper suggests that the index of people´s livelihood and well-being is the direction for the livable city construction, and the index system of livable cities in the construction should be based on the public happiness index of evaluation system. It emphasizes that the urban residents´ happiness index to the livable urban construction plays an evaluation function, monitoring and guidance functions. We build a evaluation index system of livable city based on the happiness index in this paper, and give the livable city evaluation models. We point out that the construction of livable city should be concerned about sustainable development of city. We emphasize that the strategy of urban development plays an important role in building a livable city.
