Abstract :
In this paper, in term of complex networks theory, we analyze the vulnerability of multi-effect alumina evaporation system from the view of inherent structure, and a novel method of fault analysis is presented. Firstly,a network model of multi-effect alumina evaporation system is developed. Then according to the topological statistics characteristics, some network parameters of this model are analyzed. Moreover, the performance of fault system is discussed from three aspects including random fault, the largest degree fault and the largest vulnerability fault. The efficiency and reliability of the developed network model is investigated. Finally, the index of reliability for multi-effect alumina evaporation system can be accomplished by simulation. Some vulnerability devices can be found and protected which insure the safety of the system. The protection strategy for above fault is suggested in this paper, which can help to safely ensure the operation of the system.
