Abstract :
It proposes the design and implementation of an automatic test system for digital circuits based on USB 2.0 interface. It adopts EZ USB FX2 produced by Cypress Corporation as interface chip, the soft-configure function of EZ-USB makes it easy to realize function expand of the system. Isp MACH LC4512 produced by Lattice Corporation realizes the hardcore of system, we use Verilog HDL and ISPLEVEL platform to develop it. The whole system has many excellences, such as good adaptability, high reliability and so on.
