Abstract :
In this paper, we present a SET model based on the orthodox theory and solving the Master equation. The model was implemented in SPICE recursively using many PSPICE user and build-in functions of node voltage or current and branch instructions. This work describes a new schematic SET model and proposes a compact, physically based, analytical single-electron transistor (SET) circuits. Finally, simulations of only SET, inverter and ring oscillator are discussed.
