Abstract :
It was proposed that using high-order cumulants as signal processing means restrains the noise effects of a standard receiver. The paper analyses the errors of a differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) receiver such as receiver noise, deflective shift between channels about receivers, multi-distances error etc. The algorithm adopts cumulants slices means to make the result simple and accurate. High order cumulants may restrain the effects of Gaussian noise, so the signal to noise ratio (SNR) about the receiver was improved and the precision of the GPS receiver was enhanced for navigation and vehicle positioning
