Abstract :
Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited sewage treatment artificial monitoring data accuracy is not enough, the collected data is not accurate. So this paper describes a remote monitoring system by the PLC and Kingview configuration software. The Kingview assumes the task of monitoring and management, while PLC achieves real-time data acquisition and automatic control system. According to user´s requirements, we have designed and tested the system. During the actual operation, the system reached a real-time monitoring and effective control of the sewage treatment process.
