Abstract :
The asymptotic strip boundary conditions (ASBC) are used on bodies of revolution (BOR) objects loaded with periodic conducting strips with period P approaching zero. The strips are tangential to the surface and either in the circumferential direction or orthogonal to it. The ASBC method is verified by using it to obtain the scattering fields from objects and comparing them with those obtained using the exact boundary conditions.
