Abstract :
A distributed real-time simulation and test system based on VMIC network and xPC is developed.xPC and VMIC are used to build a real-time environment and network, signal acquisition and processing system is composed of the AD, DA, I/O, RS422 and other cards, for rapid prototyping of a control system and hardware simulation and testing in the circuit. Recounting the function of the system and the distributed layout, the design of test system, preparation of S-Function, the basic concepts of PCI bus, and the key issues of writing driven in xPC environment, according to these theory, achieved the driver design for the boards of the test system in the xPC environment. Ultimately a semi-physical simulation and test system is integrated. The results show that, the boards can perform stability, stable communications, data error is small, the method has strong portability, the high expansibility, openness and reference.
