            Abstract : 
In this paper, the authors discuss the composition principle of a truck-carried laser communication system and noise compensation method of a photo detector. By using monolithic computer control, the authors have made the APD work under optimal bias voltage conditions and improved the detection sensitivity and strong background resistance of APD photo detecting systems
