Abstract
A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) multisensing, which does not require imaging apparatus, has been proposed. The SPR signal from the different ligands can be separated by the control of the thicknesses of multichannel layers, which enhances the measurement resolution. The SPR signal is detected by the spectrometer or the photodetector. The proposed method is verified by the calculations based on Fresnel reflection model.
