Abstract :
Software testing is essential to ensure software quality. In order to more effectively improve the efficiency of software testing, fault tree analysis is introduced into software testing. This paper forwards the method on constructing fault tree model and presents a arithmetic on minimum cut sets. The quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis about fault tree model are discussed and the result is used in software testing.
