  • Abstract
Following with the advance of wind power technology, as well as the advantages in abundance of sea resources, comparatively stable wind speed, relatively fewer developing interest sides, and non-trying for land with other projects, large scale of offshore wind farm building becomes new trend of wind power industry development. But, offshore wind farms are difficult construction, with high requirements in the quality and reliability of wind power units, and rigorous requirements towards oppugning atrocious weather on the sea such as typhoons. Therefore, to develop offshore wind power healthily, rapidly, and in order, besides deeply studying and analyzing complicated wind resource and environmental conditions on the sea, the forceful technology support is indispensable. This article first analyzes connotation and general framework of construction system of offshore wind farms, then emphasizes the evaluation of wind resource on the sea and location of wind farm, high-power special wind turbine on the sea, installation of offshore wind farm, disembarking and transmission of sea wind, anti-typhoon and other natural disasters, as well as large scale application of wind power on the sea, to illustrate construction system of offshore wind farm, Finally a scientific basis and guidance is provided for large scale offshore wind farm building.
