Abstract :
In certain type UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) altitude sensor performance detection equipment, a kind of signal-conditioning circuit which is used for piezoresistive transducer (PRT) is designed to solve the measure problem of pressure. In this circuit, the sensor´s zero point output, thermal zero shift, full-scale output, thermal sensitivity shift, and full-scale output nonlinearity etc. are compensated and calibrated. The error compensation form of former tradition is abandoned in this circuit, a new signal-conditioning chip MAX1457 is adopted, then a method of software compensation is put forwarded, the error calibration table is established. So the sensor output error is controlled in 0.11%~0.158% by calibrating compensation.
