  • Abstract
    An effective and universal method for calculating a capacitance matrix is presented. When using the MoM and the traditional Green´s function to extract the capacitance of a multilayer medium, the calculation of the matrix is time consuming. To accelerate this preparation, the concept of a numerical Green´s function is proposed. It constructs a database, first using the technique of interpolation to acquire the elements of the matrix, and then using MoM to solve the integral equations. The present approach is particularly effective in synthetic problems.
