The author describes two courses which have been offered at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs: the graduate and undergraduate introductory courses. He describes the orientation and implementation of total quality management (TQM) in the courses and the integration of TQM with business information concepts. He discusses pedagogical objectives, a methodology to meet those objectives, and results of the course to date
