Abstract :
Smart power grids should have the ability of self-healing and self-government based on on-line analysis and control for transient stability. This Paper puts forward an integration system of on-line prediction and control for power grids. Through combining the measurement and communication technology of smart grids, phase plane concave-convex method and EEAC together, the system has the ability of quick prediction and precise control for transient instability. Through combining the main criterions with the supplement ones together, the system has the ability of self-adaptive for faults of different severity. Through combining the main station and the sub-stations together, the system has the ability of higher execution reliability. The mechanism and structure of whole system and its each part are introduced in details. Effects of the scheme is verified by simulations on the typical system.
