Abstract :
Summary form given only, as follows. The electron accelerator for powerful pulsed electron beam production is described. The experimental results on the change of surface structure, hardness and corrosion stableness of steel X18H10T are represented. It is shown that at appropriate exposition the hardness increases twice and corrosion-proof is sufficiently growing.
