Abstract :
In this paper, the design of an X-band PHMET push-push VCO using the microstrip resonator was described. The simulation and optimization of the VCO was carried out with ADS. The measured oscillation frequency is from 9.166 GHz to 9.583 GHz. The peak output power of the push-push VCO is -10dBm.
