Abstract :
The paper analyzes the need of the system, determines the design principles of the system, carries out the monitoring and control system functions designing, carries out the detailed design of the PXI system´s hardware and software, complete the definition of data interface design, the realization of the data collection, recording, and upload data overrun alarm functions. Moreover, least squares technique was used to realize channel check and improve curve fitting precision. The technique described in this article has been applied in the certain type of test-bed system. The joint debugging shows that: test system has been commissioned to achieve the project´s various technical requirements.
