Abstract :
Since the volume of streaming media data is so huge, it is hard to solve security and real-time problems at the same time by implementing traditional encryption arithmetic. In order to meet these two requirements, combined with Public Key cryptographic algorithm RSA, this paper designs a new encryption system (RSA-DLCM) by taking chaotic system as the base and remedying the defects of chaotic system. According to the test, the new encryption system meets these two requirements very well.
