Abstract
An endfire phased array, which is used in Wireless Access for Vehicular Environments (WAVE) Systems, is proposed in the paper. The array consists of four antenna elements, which are fed by a dual-port feeding network. These two ports are physically connected to but electrically isolated from each other. By switching between two ports, the antenna radiation pattern can be switched to the opposite endfire direction.
