Partial discharge (PD) patterns measured in turbogenerators have been evaluated using the VHF PD detection technique. Two aspects of on-line PD measurements are discussed here: 1. Analysis of the frequency behavior of particular phases over time. 2. Evaluation of each phase´s contribution to PD patterns of other phases over time
