Abstract :
A F-B-SiO2 slab waveguide Bragg grating is fabricated on a multi-component crystallized glass substrate. A thermal shift of the Bragg wavelength as low as 3 pm/K, which is ∼ 1/4 of a conventional device, is achieved.
