Abstract
In the dynamic detection of separated bulk matter in scattered material conveying systems, the impact of bulk matter is a kind of random dynamic interference, and impairs the measurement accuracy severely. An impact model of the bulk matter based on momentum theory is found, and a kind of adaptive filtering method to restrain the instantaneous impact is put forward. With the method, the real weight of the bulk matter is gradually calculated by realtime impact discrimination. Practical application shows that the method greatly enhanced the stability and accuracy of bulk matter detection.
