Abstract :
The present work is aimed at the review of the technical specifications and opportunities offered by several classes of organic molecules and nanocomposites in micro and nanoelectronics. The paper focuses on a few examples of prototypes and related technologies of interest in the field of organic electronics and molecular electronic devices, by setting up the main technology limitations and new fabrication techniques to achieve industrial nano-organics technologies aimed at mass production.
