Abstract :
Because the lack of a unified general quality tracking system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at present, this paper designs and implements a quality tracking service system based on cloud computing, in order to improve SMEs´s ability of the monitoring, timely discovering and solving the problem. In the system, the cloud computing technology is used to solve the problem of data storage and management. The system is developed by using the service-oriented architecture, and making the application of the system as a service, so that it is convenient for spreading and applying. Practice proved it can reduce the massive operation and save maintenance costs, at the same time greatly improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
