Abstract :
For the application of WiMAX network planning, especially for the channel model calibration of wireless propagating, broadband and High-Power CW signal generators were designed in this paper. This work comprise two individual generators, one operates on frequency range from 2.3 GHz to 2.7 GHz and the maximum output power is 20 W, the other covers the range from 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz with the maximum output power of 5 W. The frequency of output signal can be tuned by a step size of 250 KHz, and the accuracy of output power is less than plusmn1.5 dB.
