Abstract
To circumvent stops in recursive semi-batch identification algorithms due to initialization steps or non persistent excitations, a non blocking algorithm is proposed. This algorithm is based on the recursive calculus of the pseudo-inverse of a matrix from Albert and Sittler. The method developed in our paper allows, by an extension of their result, to consider at every step a set of new data
