  • Abstract
    Construction on the emergency Capability is a systematic engineering project which is complex and comprehensive. How to evaluate the existing emergency response force, and find its flaws and shortcomings, is an important means to improve emergency response capabilities. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the emergency response capability of ship traffic, and then establishes the Yangtze River Water Assessment index system of accident response capacity. After that it put forward the Fuzzy AHP model which could give real-time evaluation of multiple criteria to the emergency capacity of the Yangtze River water accidents.
