Design of safety management training based on behavior science

The enterprise is the liability subject to safety production, as the guider, the upper management is key figure people for safety management. By the Opportunity of safety management special training in a group enterprise, present investigation and training requirement of the upper management in group enterprise was made. It was found that, appropriate safety management training is very necessary for upper management. Thus, based on the achievements of our studying team during the past years, the safety management training content for upper management in group enterprise was designed. After the training, the immediate test and the superficial performance tracking survey was made. Combined with the relevant theories of organizational behavior and safety culture, according to the test results and the survey data, the expected effect that the content and implement can improve safety performance was analyzed; therefore, it was theoretically proved that the designed training content was reasonable and effective.
